Role Overview
We are looking for a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our Cairo headquarters. You will manage front-desk operations, handle incoming communications, and provide light administrative support — all while representing the company to an international audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and partners professionally
- Manage incoming phone calls and email triage
- Handle courier, mail, and package logistics
- Provide light administrative support (document preparation, scheduling)
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for communication drafting and daily tasks
- Coordinate visitor access and maintain visitor log
- Support office events and meeting logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma
- 1–2 years receptionist, front-desk, or customer-facing experience
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Demonstrated experience using LLM-based tools (Claude, ChatGPT) — this is a must
- French language — a plus
- Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, client-first mindset
